The leadership initiative is a weekend retreat designed to create an environment for youth grades 6th-12th to learn to GROW, CONNECT, and LEAD.
GROW into the women God wants them to be through an in-depth study of God's Word and hands-on application of the lessons learned.
CONNECT to great leaders in the faith as well as like-minded young women in order to develop crucial friendships.
LEAD souls closer to the Lord with confidence.
Girls Initiative registration begins Wednesday @ 5:30 and we will conlude Friday at 11am.

Who: Geared for 6th - 12th grades
Cost: $25 (for Non-Westhill Members)

What to Expect:
You will find the schedule below. We want to have a great time, grow in God's word, and develop our leadership. We will have lessons that will challenge us to be better along with breakout discussion groups, service projects, team building activities, and more.
- We expect everyone to be involved in every activity
- We expect godly character to be displayed
- We expect each camper to have a great time and develop Christian friendships
- We expect each person to leave better than they came!

- Dress Code: We will be casual, but please wear shorts a dollar bill above knee, along with shirts with sleeves. This includes pajamas as well Please NOTE: We will be attending Wednesday PM services with the congregation so please wear jeans and shirts with sleeves for that occasion. (Thank You)

- Swimsuits (we are planning to swim, weather pending) a swim towel, sunscreen, etc.
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, soap, etc.)
- Pillow, blanket, and/or sleeping bag. We have cots and a limited amount of air mattresses for you to use but please feel free to bring your own air mattress if you would like! We will be sleeping all together in our gym/activity center.
- Towel (x2) (There are showers at the building)
- A jacket/sweatshirt in case you get cold in the building.
- Cell phones are allowed but will be regulated so that everyone is participating in each event.
- MEDICATION: If you are bringing any medicine, please bring in the original RX bottle to make sure correct med & dosage is given. Thanks so much. All medication will be turned in upon registration.
