  • Our Leadership

We follow the paterrn of the NT in establishing elders who lead, oversee, and shepherd the church of God (Acts 20:28). We use the following terms interchangeable in reference to the funciton and qualifications of our leadership according to (1 Tim. 3 & Titus 1).  1 Pet. 5:1-2 uses these terms from the original language as names for this leadership  position in the church: Elder, Presbyters, Overseers, Bishops, Pastor, Shepherds.

We appreciate these men and their families who work so diligently and serve in this capacity!

Ministers

"I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching...always be sober- minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry" (2 Timothy 4:1-5)

  • Anthony Warnes

I grew up all over the U.S. (as well as 3 years in Okinawa) as a Military Brat before my family settled in Colorado. I am the oldest of 9 children.

Andria grew up in New Mexico (mainly in Albuquerque). She is one of 3 girls, and she is a twin. Both Andria and I were raised in the church and both of our parents are still very active in their respective congregations.

We met in 2008 and have been married since 2009. We have been blessed with four children. Brooke is 7 years old and is our little mommy. Owen is 6 years old and is our athlete. Lincoln is 4 and has never met a stranger. Wyatt is 2 and believes he is Batman. We are so thankful that our children get to grow up around the wonderful group of young children already here at Westhill!

I am a 2007 graduate of the Bear Valley Bible Institute in Denver. Westhill is my 3rd Pulpit work (previously I have worked in Wheat Ridge, CO & Broken Bow, OK).

We are so excited to get to know each and every one of you better and we cannot wait to see the great things that the Lord will accomplished through this wonderful congregation for years to come!
