Have you ever coasted in a car? The inertial energy of the car causes it to continue to move even when the gas is not being pressed. However, cars cannot coast forever. Like cars, sometimes we coast in life by taking our foot off the accelerator. Life doesn't coast uphill toward heaven, but downhill toward hell. The retirement years are a time to accelerate.
